Karage was one of the best I ever had. Their pork belly was also very good. In terms of the ramen, I thought the noodles were good, but the broth of their Butao was a bit more “fishy” than I would typically go for. Overall a nice place, I’d recommend trying this one. My wife had the seafood ramen, and noted it was good but a bit salty for her liking.

Ramentology My definition for this ramen restaurant is "everyday ramen" where's the price is competitive and the amount of ingredient is real good with the good price. The quality of tonkotsue broth (pork bone soup) is really nice. You don't need to be the very long queue in the other popular ramen restaurant but you can enjoy the same level here. They also have many choices of ramen to try. I order original tonkotsu broth ramen. The tonkotsue broth is good flavor as I expect, I like tonkotsu Hakata ramen a lot. The noodle I placed normal hardnes. And it come right hardness while it still al dente for chewing. By the way, if you like soft ramen you should select soft level than normal. The special souce in the menu you can choose is giving more chilli oil taste, special taste. Overall I really enjoy Tonkotsue ramen which I choose today. 18Nov2025 Visit to try black Tonkotsu soup ramen. The black soup made with pork Tonkotsu broth mix with squid ink. Before I order I expected sweet soup because of squid ink normally sweet. But when I try the taste has well balance between salty and sweet with strong flavor of pepper. Then it tastes Tonkotsu with pepper flavor. Full flavor and delicious. This time I order thick noodle which is real nice chewy and al dente. An another dish I recommended.
My son and I loved the ramen here. Good service in english ( I can’t speak Chinese) and tasty food. Clean environment too. Will return. Thank-you.
Sooo delicious But for me it tastes a little too salty. But so farrr so goooddd
Ramen Nagi in Taipei delivers the same great ramen you’d expect from the chain—rich broth and tasty noodles. Service was just okay, but the food makes it worth a visit.
Solid ramen chain restaurant, usually went here for the spicy and black ramen! The often have special limited items too. Try it when you're craving some good ramen
Great food. Always enjoyable. Have been to several of their stores and tried many dishes. Never fails to please.
